1220mm pipe Expanding Machine
The maximum wall thickness of the expandable steel pipe is 12mm, the maximum diameter of the expandable steel pipe is φ529-φ1220 mm, and the maximum length of the steel pipe allowed to pass is 12500 mm. This machine is mainly used in spiral seam submerged arc welded pipe manufacturers.
The machine consists of a host, an auxiliary device, hydraulic, lubrication and electrical systems.
The machine adopts a unique module expansion technology to make the base material stretch along the pipe wall to generate flow. The size of the mold expansion can be strictly controlled to obtain the size, and the accuracy of the roundness of the pipe end is improved. This process is called Expand the diameter.
