This designs adopts a circular fermentation tank (the circular fermentation tank is composed of two straight fermentation tanks, and the two ends are connected by an arc- shaped structure, ultimately overlapping to form a complete circular fermentation tank).
The flipping machine moves along the unique circular track on the circular fermentation tank, and the fermented material returns to the place where the material is added as the flipping machine moves forward, Mix with fresh materials entering the pool instead of auxiliary materials.
The excess fermented material is sent out at both ends of the fermentation tank through a hydraulic automatic discharge system and a belt conveyor, ultimately completing the fermentation process. This system includes a fermentation tipping machine, aeration system
