Swinging Lip	Lip is very import part bettween truck and dock leveler Connect Part, we use the steel material from Baosteel, single plate 16mm thickness, are difference compare with Chinese double welding plate, more stronger than others.
Hinge connection	Hinge and hinge sleeve conneced with the motherboard do keel welding connection. The surface of the connecting shaft hinge by electroplating. Smooth and noise reduction.
Support profile	We use 11 pcs L profile, compare with other supplier, our quality will be better than the products use 3-4 pcs.
Hydraulic Unit	Hydraulic pump with oil tank together. Save the place and easy for maintenance
Security block	In case of accidental moving of the truck, the dock leveller will be blocked with a short stroke ( according to the applied weight).
Control Box	IP65, Monitor can display using times and DTCS, Split control system.
