1 While microwave equipment baking, along with the bactericidal effect. Microwave sterilization reflect in the dual role of thermal effects and non-thermal effects , compared to the conventional temperature sterilization ,can obtain a satisfactory sterilization in lower temperatures and a very short time.The sterilization temperature is around 80ºC in general,the processing time is 3~5 minutes,and can maintain its nutrients.
2 Easy to operate. 4 Low-temperature sterilization, less loss of nutrients.Retain vitamin C,conventional heating treatment for fruits and vegetables is 46% ~ 50%, but the microwave can reach 60%~90%.Retain vitamin A,conventional heating treatment is 58%,but the microwave can reach 84%,and does not affect the original flavor, is a good method for deep processing of fruits&vegetables and get green foods.
The difference between microwave peanut roasting machine and traditional peanut roaster:
There are many kinds of traditional peanut baking, such as drum rotary roasting, high temperature baking and so on. What’s the difference?
1.Roast uniform
The traditional roasting method cannot make the peanut roast evenly,some peanuts are roasted well but some are not roasted at all.Microwave peanut roasting machine can directly heat the inside of the peanut to make the peanut roast more evenly.
2.Production efficiency
Peanut roasting machine is a mechanized production mode, which can be produced in large quantities. However, the traditional roasting method requires a lot of time, which results in low production efficiency.
3.Taste and nutrition
The traditional baking method will destroy the structure of peanuts to some extent, resulting in the loss of nutrients.
