Lines for the production of sheets and geomembrane from PE, PP, PS
The lines are designed for the production of sheet materials with a thickness of 0.5 to 30 mm and a width of up to 8000 mm.
The lines are equipped with one or more (depending on the number of layers) extruders, an automatic filter change system, a flat die of a special design (single-layer or co-extrusion), a calender section, a cooling conveyor with an edge trimmer, a pulling device, a cross-cutting device, a winder ( for thin sheets) or hydraulic storage table.
Design features
1. High efficiency single screw extruders are used in the lines
2. T-type flat dies have a precision working gap adjustment mechanism, which can produce sheet materials with characteristics that meet any customer requirements.
3. The temperature control system with an error of no more than ±1°C provides accurate control of the material plasticization process and high quality of the product in terms of thickness and thickness variation.
4. The design of the calender section provides convenient and high-precision adjustment of the gap between the rolls, and the automatic roll temperature adjustment system ensures that the temperature of the rolls is maintained accurately and constant in time.
5. The sheet cutter is equipped with a digital length control system and can cut the sheet with high precision.
6. Lines can be equipped with side edge collection and disposal devices.
7. Using various additives, it is possible to change the characteristics of the sheet (color, hardness, combustibility, etc.) depending on the requirements. By changing the rolls of the calender section, the surface pattern of the sheet can be changed.
8. Lines can be equipped with protective film or non-woven laminating devices.
9. The use of induction heating system can save up to 40-50% of electricity.
