Working Principle:
Firstly, the raw materials of ice cream are added into the raw material cylinder, under the action of air milk pump,
the raw materials and air are mixed evenly and transported to the freezing cylinder. In the freezing cylinder, the
milk slurry is cooled down by the refrigeration system while being stirred by the mixing scraper rack, and the
viscosity of the milk slurry increases gradually as the temperature decreases. When the current of the mixing
motor reaches the set value, it means that the ice cream reaches the required viscosity, at this time, the
compressor of the refrigeration system stops working, the mixing motor also stops working, the ice cream
production is completed, and it can be extruded through the outlet.
