Principle of explosion-proof wet film humidifier:
The main part of the explosion-proof wet film series humidifier is composed of wet film, which is a hydrophilic polymer composite material that is cross-linked and overlapped in the form of corrugated plates after being bonded with resin materials. The humidification principle is to send filtered clean water through the water supply pipeline to the top sprinkler of the humidifier. Under the action of gravity, the water penetrates downwards along the surface of the wet film and is fully absorbed by the highly absorbent wet film material, forming a uniform water film. When dry air passes through the wet film material, water molecules fully absorb the heat in the air and vaporize, thereby increasing the humidity of the air and forming moist air. During the humidification process, The humidity of the air increases and the temperature decreases, but the enthalpy value of the air remains unchanged.
