Planetary Mixer is produced by our excellent craft according to our experience and absorbing advanced technology of domestic and abroad mixer.Planetary Mixer apply to mix high quality concrete,it can also be used into other industry because of high efficiency,small space requirement,low consumption and environmentally friendly.Planetary Mixer can work separately,it can also used as main machine of ready mix concrete machine.

	Transmission System Special designed gear box can spread motor power averagely into mixing shaft.The transmission device is installed outside.Mixing motor is Siemens brand..The reducer is made by Dalian Konic Group according to requirements of Aiwante.The design and production adopts combination of Germany and Chinese Standard.
	Access Hole The access hole is large,it is convenient to clean and maintain.The key safety control device ensure machine do not work when access hole is open even power is on.
	Mixing Device Mixing shafts rotate itself and revolution movement.Mixing of blades is crossed and do not have any blind angle and low mixing space.The mixing machine is high strength,but it do not damage materials.It do not change materials shape and do not crush materials.
	Hydraulic Pump(Discharging Device) The hydraulic discharging system have manual open device.It can be opened when power is not available.Discharging door have limit switch,it can open door according to requirement.The discharging door have special designed seal device to ensure reliability.It is environmentally friendly.Switch of Discharging door have buffer device.
	Discharging Door The discharge door can be opened and closed pneumatically or hydraulically. The number of discharge doors can be opened up to three. There is a special sealing device on the discharge door to ensure reliable sealing, safety and environmental protection.
	Waterfeeding The waterway adopts an upper-mounted structure to solve the problem of residual additives and water in the pipeline. The nozzle adopts a spiral solid conical type, which has a fine and uniform atomization effect.It has a large coverage area, allowing the material to be stirred more evenly.
	Skip hopper The wire rope pulls skip through the winch and pulley mechanism.Skip moves to discharge position,discharge door opens automatically,it pours raw materials into mixing tank. The power is improved by using famous reducers and conical rotor brake motors, which have smooth operation and high braking performance. They have the advantages of frequent starts per unit time, temporary overload, and automatic braking at the moment of power off. The system is equipped with upper limit, lower limit and Maxi Limit, improve safety while ensuring fast and efficient operation
