Packing and Technical Support Packing material: The incubator will be packed with plywood. In the bottom, there are angle iron rack to protect incubator for transport. Technical Support: We will offer Instruction Manual where every step of the incubation process is explained and therefore guarantee successful hatching.
Warranty (3 years)For machine malfunctions caused by material or workmanship defects, Nanchang Huibing Electronics Co., Ltd (hereinafter the "HB") is committed for offer warranty service as follow, If the egg turning system don't work properly, the HB will be responsible for device replacement. The ventilation system doesn't generate heat, the HB will be responsible for device replacement. The water adding system doesn't generate humidity, the HB will be responsible for device replacement. The controller can't display temperature and humidity properly, the HB will be responsible for device replacement.
Attention: For the situations mentioned above, the HB will be responsible for free replacement for the first time. (Videos about malfunctions will be required) Within 3 years warranty, any expense caused by replacement will be negotiated by the HB and customers.
