The machine itself weighs nearly 5.5 tons, which increases the machine's torque resistance and makes the machine run more stable. The main machine discharge cover, top cover, cutter, lifting knife, and dustproof The covers are all made of 304 stainless steel, which has the advantages of high corrosion resistance and long service life. The slewing bearing and the dial reducer are placed below. The dial reducer adopts hard tooth surface, which makes the performance more stable and improves the service life of the slewing support. Raw Materials for making pellets
Raw material: hard wood, waste wood and straws, woodchips(palm, mahogany,rubber tree), bamboo shavings, rice husk, peanut shells, wheat straw, corn stalk, cotton stalks, alfalfa grass, bagasse, palm fiber.Size: Less than 5mm (All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going into pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)Moisture: 10-15% is best for producing good quality pellet.
