Milk Cream Disc Centrifugal Separator Machine
Brief Introduction and Working Principle:
1. The disc type centrifugal separator is designed for producing cream in milk processing line. With the advantages of high efficiency, large output, automation and the application of advanced technology,it is an essential equipment for food,beverage and some other industries,
especially for milk processing industry.
2. It can also applies separation and detergency for similar liquids with some parts changed inside the separating bowl. It is able to separate and purify milk, oil, chemical liquid and medicine.
Its disc is electrically driven.According to different slag discharge methods,there are two
kinds of milk separators, manual separator and automatic separator controlled by PLC
system. It takes cream out of milk by using high rotating centrifugal force .And because of the proportion difference of the stuff,to heat milk to a certain proper temperature to separate the milk
into buter, fat(light phase) and skim milk (heavy phase).
