Silo/manpower hopper is the beginning of main feed line.There is a feed sensor at the end of main feed line which controls motor one and off to achieve automatic feed delivery.

2.Automatic pan feeding system: Pan feeding system including:Hopper,conveying-pipe and auger inside,pan feeder,Feed sensor and driving motor,suspension lifting system and motor system.
Pan feeding line:There is a feed sensor at the end of each feeding line which controls motor one and off to achieve automatic feed delivery.
Advantages:Reduce labor intensity,one person is enough for one house.
Feeder pan:You can choose which you like.
3.Automatic nipple drinking line system: Main part of the system:filter,pressure regulator,nipple drinking line,lifting and suspension system,electric shock system etc.
Nipples for the system:Use good quality engineering plastic for outer,for the inner,we use good quality stainless steel,All nipples are anti-rusting,service life over 10 years.
Front part of drinking system:Front part is controller of waterer,it is main function is to adjust water supplying pressure and stabilizing drinking volume.This part is usually installed in control room.

4.Automatic environment and power control system: Including environment controller,temperature sensors,control box and negative pressure meter.
Environment controller:T607,T610,T616,ImageII.Retom AC2000 Plus.
A variety of environment controllers are customized from Israel,it can reach a most advanced control level in poultry house control.
Environment controller is designed to control poultry breeding equipment automatically and intelligently according to local climate and equipment requirements.
5.Ventilation system: Including ventilation fan (butterfly cone fan and Axial flow fan),size is 50'' and 36'' ,air inlet window .
Ventilation for a closed chicken house is very important.50''fans installed in the gable wall,36''fans install in the side wall and air inlet windows installed in the two sides walls.If chicken house is open type,it need use curtain,and no need 36''fans and air inlet windows.
6.Cooling pad system: The longitudinal way of cooling-fan ventilation way is the most economical and effective way to reduce temperature of chicken house in summer.
According to many years of practice,even in the hottest summer,with reasonable designed and installed ventilation system,it still can control the temperature of chicken house under 30 degree,then make the effect of hot temperature on the growth of poultry of minimum.
Cooling pad parameter:Thickness 100mm 150mm,width 300mm 600mm,Height 1660mm1960mm 2160mm.
Frame:Galvanized sheet and aluminium alloy.
7.Fogging system: It is effectively tools for cooling,damping,dedusting and disinfecting the house.
Characteristics:
*Istant cooling but not wet.
*Large flow,high pressure,good atomization,and corrosion resistance.
*Increase the humidity to the preset range according to the requirements-60to 70 percent of the maximum relative humidity.
*Effectively prevent the dust,and reduce respiratory diseases of livestock and poultry.
*Disinfect with chickens.
8.Heating system: Heating system is important for chicken house in winter and brood time. Heater will keep chicken house in a suitable temperature to rise chicken survival rate.
