1.This vertical machining center VMC640 has the characteristics of high speed, high precision and high rigidity. The worktable size of this machine it 420x1000, and this machine also adopts high rigid bed, high precision roller type guideway, integrated bearing block and Oil-water separation design, which can greatly improve the body rigidity, ensure the machine good running accuracy, and also maintian excellent precision stability. The Z axis uses brake servo motor with no counterbalance block design to improve the driving performance of Z axis. This machine occupies a small area and also has high structral strength, thare are also a wealth of optional configuration can be installed. it suitable for processing plate, mold and small shell complex part, can complete milling, boring, drilling, tapping and cutting threads and other process.

2.Taiwan precision screw rod and Taiwan precision lock nut are adopted. The lead screw bearing adopts Japanese NSK bearing, which is directly connected with flexible coupling, with small back clearance, sensitive transmission and high precision.
3.According to the finite element analysis of the main structure, the machine base, spindle box, cross slide table, worktable, etc. are made of high-quality HT250 precision casting, which can ensure the stability of long-term processing after secondary failure treatment.
