1.-Potato Chips Production Line Potato Chip Machine
The potato chips machine line is an advanced snack food processing equipment. It integrates
the advantages of all kinds of individual machines, easy to be operated, continuous, powerful
and investment saving.

1	Hoister	Hoist the potatoes material into next step for peeling and washing.
2	Peeling&Washing Machine	The machine has the peeling effect achieved by rubbing of the carborundum roller on it, after the residue and skin are brushed off, the water spray device on the machine will wash the potatoes.
3	Picking Conveyor	Picking up the bad potatoes,remove the spoiled one by manual work.
4	Slicing Machine	Slicing potatoes into thin crisps with thickness ranged from 1.6mm to 2.0mm. Or cut into long strips in different sizes desired.
5	Washing Machine	Washing the crisps/long strips so as to remove the free starch on the surface of them, prevent the starch from dissolving in the frying oil and affecting the service life of the oil.
6	Blanching Machine	The crisps/long strips are needed to be blanched in hot water, for color protection, blanching time is 2 minutes.
7	Cooling Machine	Cool the products with cold water after blanching, lower their temperature for next processing.
8	Air Drying Machine	Cold air drying machine works for removing most water on the surface of the crisps/long strips. Keep the product dry before they are put into frying machine.
9	Continous Frying Machine	Continous frying machine fry the chips/long strips at a stable oil temperature so as to present in golden yellow color. Frying time is 2-3 minutes.
10	Deoiling&Air cooling Machine	To remove the redundant frying oil on the surface of products, and lower the temperature before get in the packing machine.
11	Seasoning Machine	Seasoning the chips/crisps by flavour.
12	Packing Machine	Vertical packing machine, automatically packs the crisps into small bags for sale on the market.
