High Speed Coating Mixing Machine General Description GFJ series lifting high speed dispersing machine is an efficient equipment for stirring and dissolving, dispersing and homogenizing various mixed liquids and solids. The main motor is frequency control motor and electromagnetic control motor.The speed range is 80--1500 RPM. Medium speed for stirring and dissolving, high speed for dispersing and homogenizing. The equipment is widely used in the production of coatings, pigments, inks, adhesives and other related chemical products.
Product Parameters Structure The machine is composed of mechanical lifting, stirring system, transmission and electrical appliances (see attached picture f or details). Each part structure is compact, the function coordinates mutually, causes the whole machine to run stably, safe and reliable. (1) Stand column lifts stable, flexible, easy-operating, position with travel switch , safe and reliable.
(2) The stirring system has small vibration and low noise, and can be equipped with an adaptive speed according to the user's requirements. According to customer's demand, one machine can be equipped with multiple container for alternate use.
