Soldering robot can soldering tin full automatically and better soldering quality than manual soldering.
The rotatable automatic soldering machine is multi-functional, it can adjust the welding angle, direction and set the solder joints at will, control the amount of tin in and out, control the size of the solder joints, and better ensure the welding process requirements of customers' products. In addition to the ordinary XYZ axis, the machine also has an independent stepper motor controlled tin feeding axis, and a rotating axis that can rotate 360° in all directions. We call it the R axis. Its main function is it It can effectively avoid the influence of high components on various PCB boards and objects such as chips, wires or terminals on the moving space of the circuit board, and can adjust the welding angle, tin tube and needle tip at will. The tin wire can be accurately sent to the soldering iron tip to match the customer's product, and the tin surface can be properly melted to avoid tin stuck due to various reasons during the soldering process.
