Product Description The spiral freezer ia an engergy-saving fast freezing device with compact structer, wide application range , small occupied space and large freezing capacity. it is widely used fir quick freezubg if seafood , pastry , meat products,dairy products and prepared food. The freezer can be designed and manufancted accourding to customer's needs.Freezing capacity can be 100kg/h-3000kg/h.
Its advantages (comparing with tunnel freezer with same output capacity):
(1) Saving energy consumption;
(2) Saving floor occupying;
(3) Retention time is much flexible; The adjusted range is larger;
Its applications:
Spiral freezer suits for flour food processing, meat processing, aquatic food processing, prepared food processing.
Its structure:
(1) Stainless steel conveyor belt; Safe guards both sides;
(2) Sandwich PUF panels coated by stainless steel sheet both sides; Bottom panels are equipped;
(3) Door is equipped with frame heating device;
(4) Aluminum evaporators, different fin pitches;
(5) Axial fans: Stainless steel air box, aluminum blades;
(6) Whole welded stainless steel water discharging plate is installed on top of bottom panels. It will bring condensing water out of cabinet through many stainless steel draining pipes;
(7) The drum, inlet device, outlet device and all structure parts are made of stainless steel; (8) Control panel is made of stainless steel;
