Assembled Type Structure Design
Assembled type structure is suitable for the assembled transportation and underground installation. The non-welding frame structure can avoid weld defects and weld stress so as to ensure the equipment can have stable operation for a long time, so that the production can be smooth and efficient.(Fig 1)
Superior V Chamber Design
It adopts V-type symmetrical crushing chamber design, which makes the actual and nominal feeding width same. Deep chamber, small nip angle and large stroke ensure high capacity, low power consumption and good performance. (Fig 2)
Durable Heavy Type Swing Jaw Assembly
The swing jaw assembly integrates forged heavy eccentric shaft, high quality large type self-aligning rolling bearing and FEM analysis swing jaw, which ensure impact resistance and high stability of swing jaw assembly; Labyrinth seal, centralized lubrication system can avoid pollution to bearing grease, and make lubrication convenient, so as to ensure longer running time and better stability.(Fig 3)
Swing Jaw Guard Plate Design
The heavy-type guard plate on the swing jaw can protect the swing jaw body and the bearing be damaged by material impact.(Fig 4)
Easy and fast discharging opening adjustment
JC series Jaw Crusher adopts mechanical or hydraulic double wedge block adjustment device, which is simpler, safer,more time saving compared with pad adjusting device. (Fig 5)
Large Size Bearing Design
Large size bearing design can achieve the higher loading capacity, long lifetime and safe operation.(Fig 6)
Spring Rod or Hydraulic Cylinder
Swing jaw tension device adopts hydraulic or spring rod structure. The spring rod structure adopts advanced friction reducing device to make the adjustment more faster and easier.(Fig 7)
Integrated Motor and Machine Design
The motor seat and crusher frame integrated design can not only save the installation space and shorten the V-belt length, but also can prolong the lifetime of V-belt because of the synchronous movement of the frame, motor seat and motor; the adjustable motor seat can realize the adjustment of V-belt tension.
