Mainstructure
① body
Themachine body is composed of left and right side frames, front frames,underframes, rear frames, door covers, main pressure heads, side pressureheads, oil cylinder supports and beams. Guard plates are installed in thecompression chamber to facilitate repair and replacement after wear.
② Door cover cylinder
The doorcover cylinder is a double acting single piston rod cylinder, which is hingedon the beam support frame with two shafts. The piston rod and the door coverare hinged with a pin shaft to drive the door cover to rotate at 90 º to lockor loosen the door cover.
③ Main thrust cylinder
Themain push cylinder is a double acting single piston rod oil cylinder, which isinstalled at the lower part of the cross beam and connected to the rear frameof the machine body with a pin shaft. The piston rod is connected with the mainpressure head with a pin shaft to push the main pressure head back and forth.It is used for secondary compression to preliminarily form the materials in thecompression chamber.
④ Side pressure cylinder
The side cylinder isa double acting single piston rod oil cylinder, which is connected to the sidecylinder support with a flange, and the piston rod is connected with the sidepressure head with a pin shaft to push the side pressure head to move back andforth left and right for ultimate compression, so that the materialspreliminarily formed in the compression chamber finally form a package.
