Structure and composition
1.Feeding:To transport wood with nails
2. Feeding pressure roller: control the feed rate and keep the sheet does not slip and on feed situation.
3.Sprial crushing roller; in the roll along the circumferential direction of the welding knife,to ensure
that the crushing roller in the circumferential direction of the same force.
4.The template is broken with the feed and broken sync,to achieve broken uniform.
5.Feed roller with UCK series bearing plus spring compression mechanism,can be adapted to the
different thickness of template
6.Feeding roller and crushing roller with different power system,easy to control.
operating principle:
The comprehensive crusher mainly relies on impact energy to complete the crushing of wood operations. When the hammer crusher is working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed, and the wood evenly enters the chamber of the comprehensive crusher. The high-speed rotary hammer head impacts and shear tears the wood, causing the wood to be broken. At the same time, the gravity of the wood itself makes the wood rush from the high-speed rotating hammer head to the baffle plate in the body of the frame, the screen bar, in the lower part of the rotor, the screen plate, the grain grade of the crushed wood less than the size of the screen hole is discharged through the screen plate, and the wood that is larger than the size of the screen hole is blocked on the screen plate to continue to be hit and ground by the hammer.
