1, Warranty Period:
A), Split induction lamp series
5 Years in warranty ( for both electrical ballast and light source)
B),Integrated induction lamp series
3 Years
2., Maintenance Service:
A ) ,If in warranty period, the product have problems in use and maintenance. Please sent to us. We need to confirm again by QC Department. Once finishing, we will return it to you in 7 days after we receive the product.
B) ,If the problems can't be smoothly solved, our company will promptly change a new one to you.
C) .For any product whose warranty is beyond 5 years, our company can offer free services and only charge expenses in transportation, materials and labour-hour.
