Modular Air handling Unit
General Features:
◆ High Density Frame Structure
The casing is made of integral foaming panels surrounded by aluminum alloy profile frame with concave-convex grooves, and the high-density frame structure is interlocked in the form of tenons. A sealed casing with strong torsion resistance is formed by the fastening method of bolts and embedded nuts. The mechanical strength of the casing can reach the AHRI1350 CD4 level, and the air leakage rate can reach the AHRI1350 CL1 level.
◆ Anti-Cold Bridge
The inside of the casing is isolated from the outside by high-pressure polyurethane foaming and specially designed rubber sealing strips to prevent cold bridges. The cold bridge factor can reach AHRI1350 CB2 level. The outer metal sheet is wrapped in the aluminum profile frame, and the corners of the sheet metal are isolated from the moist air to avoid rust.
◆ Good Thermal Insulation Performance
The panel is made of polyurethane forming, the foaming density is ≥50kg/m3. It has good thermal insulation, shock absorption and noise reduction performance. The thermal insulation performance can reach AHRI1 350 CT2 level.
◆ A variety of Purification Solutions Are For Option
RZB series can be selected with plate filters and bag filters to meet the needs of different applications. Standard horizontal AHU W3 and W5 can be equipped with high-medium efficiency bag filters with antibacterial function. Standard horizontal AHU W6 adopts advanced electrostatic haze removal and sterilization technology, which can solve air pollution problems in public places such as subways and airports, creating a healthy and safe public environment.
◆ Professional Selection software
We own professional selection software for AHU selection, which can be used to calculate the special requirements of non-standard working conditions, and can output the selection reports for checking.
◆ Intelligent Integrated Control
The controller can realize the integrated control of the fans and water valves. The control system is composed of well known brands low-voltage electrical appliances and thermostats. If equipped with a thermostat with communication protocol, it can be connected to a third-party control system such as building automation system to realize remote network monitoring of AHUs.
The control panel includes multiple protections of power supply phase misalignment, power supply phase loss, and current overload etc., to ensure the stable operation of the AHU. At the same time, a wealth of external interlocks (fire damper, fresh air damper, on/off type water valve control signal, etc.) are reserved.
◆ Condensate Pan
The unit is equipped with an integral condensate pan. The condensate pan is treated with anti-corrosion electrostatic spraying process, with thermal insulation material, and the drainage slope is established during installation to ensure that the condensate water drains smoothly and does not remain during the operation of the unit.
◆ High Efficiency Coil
The coil is designed with AHRI certified selection software, to ensure the consistency of selection parameters and physical performance, and can meet the selection requirements of customers in various working conditions. It is made of high-quality copper pipes that comply with RoHS certification and hydrophilic aluminum fins combined with advanced mechanical expansion process. All coils need to pass the air tightness testing before leaving the factory to ensure zero leakage.
