§§ Application
The all-in-one screening and crushing machine is widely used in electric power, mining, metallurgy, chenical, coal, construction material etc.. The mineral hardness shall be less than 120MPa. §§ Structure The machine is composed of screening mechanism and crushing mechanism, that is the CRS cross roller screen and PCKF reversible hammer crusher. It has all advantages of those machines (No. sticking, no plugging, no pegging). This all-in-one mahcine is capable of breaking 300mm materials into 3mm to 10mm and realize both coarse crushing and fine crushing.
§§ Work principle The coal gets into the screening mechanism (CRS cross roller screen), qualified coal particles go though the screen, while large coal lumps move forward to the crushing mechanism for coarse crushing. §§ Parameters
