The composition of set layer cage as below,
Cage, A frame, feeding through, feeder connector, water tank(or water pressure regulator), filter, water pipe, connectors, nipple drinker and so on.
The main structure of the chicken cage is made of Aluminized Magnesium Zinc plate and Aluminized hot-dip galvanized wire welded, with ISO9001 quality certificate.
Due to precise processing, the diagonal tolerance is within 1.5mm. Accurate assembly, with an error of no more than 5.100px within a length of 37m.

The drinking water system consists of a twisting dragon,
a pressure regulator, a water line, nipples, and a drip tray.
The cage wire is welded with aluminum plated zinc wire,
and the zinc coating content of the cage mesh material reaches
275/m ² .
The service life can reach up to 20 years.

The material strength of the cage frame Aluminized
Magnesium Zinc plate can reach over 450MPa,
and the galvanized coating content can reach 275g.
The trough support is made of Aluminized Magnesium Zinc plate , which is sturdy and reliable.The plug-in connection structure makes the slot body sturdy, stable, and precise, and the cage frame more reliable.


Manure belt
The color is bright white.
Adopt the raw material PP, produce various kinds of the PP belt, as the user's requirement of thickness and width,
The PP belt uniform in thickness and the width, there is a little error. The edge of belt is neat.
Anti- Corrosion , resistance to cut, strong tensile strength.
The common manure belt is with thickness of 1.0mm to 1.2mm . the width can be produced as user's needs.
