A. Yes, we can, we accept FOB, C&F, CIF, CIP, both by sea and rail way. And our nearest port is GuangZhou.
Q. Do you provide installation&debugging service?
A. Yes, if single machine, we will send you the installation drawing and documents first, if you still have problems, we will arrange our engineers go to your place for installation guiding. If production line, our engineer will go to your place do installation & debugging for you directly.
Q. Do you provide after-sale service?
A. The warranty period is 2-3 year. If there’s any problem of the equipment not caused by reasonable operation in one year,we will help you solve it (If it is small problem like spare part is broken, we will send you freely; other small problem we will guide you to solve it by phone or e-mail; If the problem cannot be solved by guiding,we will arrange technician come to your place to mend it after confirmation)
