Introduction of ring die feed pellet mill:
HKJ Ring die series granulator is the main machine for pressing pellet feed . It is suitable for large and medium-sized feed companies and large farmers .
Performance characteristics :
1. The machine has the characteristics of compact structure , beautiful appearance , environment protection and airtight ,
convenient use and reliable operation ;
2. The machine can be selected according to different needs of customers : circular/ring dies with diameters of 2mm-10mm and various apertures ;
3. This machine adopts cycloidal pinwheel reducer motor to feed , using quick release hoop and overload protection device;
4. It has the quick adjustment structure of the ring die and the roller gap, and the cutter cuts evenly .
5. Double layer modulator/single modulator is used to achieve adequate curing of feed .
6. Automatic control of feeding quantity and automatic lubrication device.

1. Hammer mill
We have many kinds of hammer mills for your choice: water drop hammer mills, multi-functional hammer mills and 9fq hammer mills etc. This process is mainly used to crush to raw materials into powder.
2. Feed Mixer
The feed mixers we have are single shaft double screw mixers, double shaft paddle mixers, vertical mixers. The process is used to mix the crushed materials with higher uniformity.
3. Feed Pellet Mill
We have kinds of different capacity of automatic animal fodder processing plant designs for your choice. The ring die automatic animal fodder processing plant design is mainly consist of feeding device (screw feeder), hardening and tempering device (conditioner), face plate, press chamber transmission system, overload protection and electrical control system.
4. Counter flow cooler
The newly pressed pellets are very high in temperature. This process is to cool the pellets to ±3-5ºC of the room temperature.
5. Feed crumbler(roller crusher)This machine is mainly to crush the big pellets into small ones. It is mainly used for the chicken feed plant machinery.
6.Pellet packaging machine
This process is to pack the pellets into bags which is convenient for storage and transportation.
