The machines are divided into double needle and single needle left-side stitching bed (L) and single needle right-side stitching bed (R). It is long-arm post-bed type. The powerful three synchronous comprehensive feeding system: needle, feed dog and presser foot crossed lifting mechanism ensures strong and robust feeding and easy sewing. There are two super large semi rotary hooks, which increase thread capacity and reduce thread change frequency, thus improving the working efficiency. It can use extra thick sewing thread(V415, # 7 line, 1300dx3 or 1.4 MM hollow thread/ ornamental thread). The lifting height of the presser foot can reach 28mm, and the differential presser foot alternation is 10MM, which can ensure that the foot bar can still feed smoothly and continuously when the material thickness changes in the sewing process such as the beginning of the seam and cross seam sewing. The 14MM stitch length can meet the requirement of carious thick thread ornamental sewing. Its super needle penetrating power, special retrofitted presser foot and precise stitch adjusting device can ensure perfect stitch in cross seam sewing and avoid casting, loose stitch, shortening stitch, skipped stitch, thread knot, etc.
It is especially suitable for pro-stitch sewing of high grade leather sofa. It is applicable for sewing of sofa furniture, tent, sail, parachute, car cover, shield, camouflage nets and similar large heavy items. The post-bed makes spacious operation space, so the material rotation is flexible, making it convenient for corner sewing. In pro-stitch sewing of sofa cover or auto pillow cover, the sewing material will slide automatically, thus reducing manual operation and improving the working efficiency. It is equipped with pneumatic presser foot lifting device, making the operation easier and more convenient. The high-performance servo control system can easily select and set a variety of sewing patterns.
