Q:I want to modify my land excavator into amphibious, what details do I need to provide so as to get a proper quotation?
A:Please provide us the brand model of your existing crawler excavator. If it is not a standard model, please provide the weight of the excavator and measure the dia meter and bolt hole spacing of the central connection(CAD design is better).

Q:The height of the modified excavator has increased a lot. Will the operating range change a lot?
A:After the modification, the original arm can meet most construction conditions. In some special construction environments, the original boom can be replaced by an long boom. And can install equipment such as a suction pump.

Q:I don't have people who knows how to install the pontoon. How could I do?
A:We use the pin design to connect the components, can be installed without professional training.We also provide a video of the on-site installation process for reference.

Q:I don't have driver who has driven an amphibious excavator. How could I do?
A:The operation of an amphibious excavator is the same as the normal excavator. No need to hire a professional amphibious excavator operator. If there is a need, we can provide short-term operation training, or send a professional to the site to guide installation, operation, maintenance, etc.

Q:Your pontoon has no check holes, how to maintain it?
A:When maintenance is required, an opening can be cut directly in the check hole position. After the maintenance is completed, use the repair plate to seal the opening.

Q:What part is included in the one-year warranty?
A:Pontoon cabin warranty for one year, Travel Motor warranty for 3 months. Consumables such as chains, chain plates, wear strips, etc. are not included.

Q:How long is the lead time?
A:Custom pontoon requires 15 natural days, we have 20 tons pontoon in stock all year round.
