Water Soluble Diamond Paste: With low viscosity,easy grinding and high working efficiency, it mainly used for processing non-metallic hard and brittle materials, such as slightly corrosive metal, circuit board, glass, ceramics, gemstone, agate etc..
Features of Our Diamond Paste
1. Made of high quality monocrystalline yellow diamond, 10%-15% diamond content, can be customized;
2. The paste is quite easy to clean ( by water is ok ), with few air hole ;
3. Short working time and good polishing effect, thereby to improve working efficiency largely;
Application of Diamond Paste
With high hardness and wear resistance, the diamond paste is suitable for grinding and polishing of measuring tools, cutting tools and optical instruments made of high hardness materials such as diamond, glass, ceramics, gems, quartz, cemented carbide, etc., and other workpieces with high fineness. Dilute with water or glycerin when used.
To Judge the Quality of Diamond Paste
1. The diamonds selected are different according to the different grinding products. Most of the diamonds on the market are green diamonds with low strength and low price. We use high strength yellow diamonds, which with uniform particles, high concentration and high grinding efficiency.
2. Diamond content. Most of the abrasive gypsum diamond content in the market does not exceed 4%, our diamond content remains at or above 12%, can be diluted with water in use; It enhances the polishing efficiency by 3 times, and time saving 60%.
3. The patented non-corrosive formula will not corrode the surface of the workpiece. After grinding or polishing, the workpiece can be cleaned by rinsing the workpiece directly with clean water.
