--- Requirement of raw materials: the biomass materials which you used to press briquettes should be in the form of powder and having moisture level 8%-12%
--- Tempersture: feed materials when you machine reach 320-360 degree, charge a little first, after stick is produced, you can charge at large quantity.
Final briquette from our Screw press briquetting machine:
--- Common diameter of briquette is: 50mm -80mm. We can design it depends on your requirement.
--- Our briquette is hollow. Hexagonal or square.
--- The length of briquette is adjustable.
