D018A-2 Laboratory Mini Stenter with steamer, is applicable for garment, dyeing and finishing, chemical and other industries. It is similar with D018A-1, with added function of steaming.
It is used to conduct dry, stereotypia, resin treatment baking, pad dyeing baking and thermal fixation tests. So as to obtain correct resin treatment recipe, test dyeing and finishing color changing situation, as well as verify the test results of medicament. Also can be used to fulfill hand-feel sample plate production to get right color and texture sample plate.

Feature Digital display of temperature and time; Settable temperature within room temperature~250ºC; Stainless steel SUS 304 construction with heat insulation layer; Advanced motor drive system for delivering fabric samples; Automatic temperature controlling system with the accuracy of ±1%; Two-direction(Left and Right & Front and Back) adjustable pin-frame, to mount the samples in tension; Switch for adjustable hot air quantity onto fabric upper and lower surfaces to minimize the temperature difference between fabric upper and lower surfaces; Press the button to feed fabric sample into the drying chamber and fabric sample is automatically transported out of the drying chamber with audible alarm when the set time is due; The machine is able to accurately simulate the actual production conditions, such as dyeing, washing and fastness test. Equipped with new dyeing machine dedicated computer, precision of the heating system, accurate temperature control and time control, help to improve the success rate of samples. Product Parameters
