ABL tube(aluminium barrier laminated tube)features:
ABL tube is a kind of packaging container made of aluminum foil and plastic film by co-extrusion composite process, and then processed into tubes by special pipe making machine. Its typical structure is PE/PE+ EAA/AL/PE+EAA/PE. ABL tube is mainly used for packaging cosmetics with high hygiene and barrier requirements. Its barrier layer is aluminum foil.
(1) High barrier. aluminum foil has light resistance, oxygen resistance and water resistance and other barrier properties, on the one hand can prevent external substances into the interior of cosmetics, prevent cosmetics oxidation deterioration, on the other hand can prevent cosmetics moisture or essence and other ingredients spread to the outside through the pipe, so as to ensure the quality of cosmetics.
(2) Low cost. In order to achieve the same barrier properties, ABL tubes use less material, lower cost and better economics than PBL tubes and PE extrusion tubes.
The barrier perfomance of the laminated tube is better than plastic tube,because the middle layer is aluminum foil, so the products are widely used in toothpaste and cosmetic industry.

FAQ1.
Q: How many colors can you do with printing on the tubes?
A: We can do max. 8 colors with plastic tubes, and max. 6 colors with the laminated/toothpaste tubes.

Q: How is your MOQ of the aluminum Collapsible Packaging Tube/ laminated tube/ plastic tube?
A: Our MOQ is generally 10,000 pieces each design/art, but for the customers who have various skus, we could do 10,000~30,000 pieces for each sku.

Q:How is your leadtime?
A: It generally takes 15 to 20 work days for mass prodcution (depend on the styles)and 7 work days for customized samples. But we always do our best to complete the urgent orders

Q: Can we get some samples from you? Are there any cost for them?
A: Storage samples are always free(not include the freight ), but customized samples with your art printed will cost for the mold, and we need about 7 days to make it.

Q: What is your payment term?
A: Normally 30% deposit before production and 70% balance should be paid by T/T before shipment, while it could be negotiable for the good credit old customers.

Q: What is the diameter range are you capable of with the plastic tube?
A: Our general diameter ranges from 13 mm to 60 mm.

Q: I'm in a difficult position to make decision between ABL or PBL for our new product. Do you have any suggestions?
A: Generally speaking, ABL tube is recommended if you are looking for better chemical resistance, while PBL tube is recommended if you are after fine printing and environmental performance.
