High Temperature Kevlar Conveyor Belt for Glass Tableware
Kevlar conveyor belt, we also call it high temperature conveyor belt. It is made from heat resistant yarns, like para aramid, stainless steel, PBO and so on. And we manufacture Kevlar conveyor belt by using high-density, multi-layered weaving techniques to produce exceptionally thick, durable and robust belts, with widths of up to 500mm and thicknesses reaching 7mm. The unique composition and structure ensure exceptional durability and resistance to extremely high temperatures, all while preventing any marking, thermal shock or glazing. It is widely used for conveying hot items, such as stemware, washing machine window or welded casting parts from the press molds in the Forming section to the entrance of the annealing lehr. To make the installation and splicing of the belts easier at our customers’ locations, we will provide the belt joint steel fasteners.
Puteken had researched, developed and updated Kevlar conveyor belt for about 2 years, and failed and tried for many times, finally tested successfully at our customer factory. The high temperature Kevlar core belt thickness is standard 7mm and the belt width we have 300mm, 400mm and 500mm. And we have sufficient stock ready to ship.
