It is suitable for EPP EPE XPS PUR EVA EPS plastic foam and polystyrene foam, such as foam box, EPS foam board, EPS foam fast food box, etc.

2.The compression ratio could arrive at 1:90.
3.It has excellent performance, compacting dimension, low noise, easily and convenient operating and maintenance.
4. Ingenious designed feeding hopper and exquisite structure of blades.
5.With ceramic heaters on the extruder, it could make the material good plasticizing and long life working.
6. The melted material comes out from extruder, it could be collected by steel tank to get material cube block, but also could be cut by automatic pneumatic cutter to get small material blocks. The size of the material blocks could be adjusted.
7. The density of the block can reach 500-600kg per cubic meter. One container can load more than 20 tons material.

Working principle:The twin shaft are two parallel shafts with blades, they running in different rotation direction. Each shaft has blades and driven by the gear box, to crushing the EPS material then the material will get throught the sreen into the barrel. The material will be processed by the high speed rotary screw to the barrel, then the high press to reduce the volume density.

03 Crushing blades
Break the plastic foam into smaller pieces and enter the screen.
04 Two crushing motor
The use of two axis crushing knives can effectively break the plastic foam material.
05 Main motor
Through screw high-speed rotation convey small foam pieces to the conical cylinder and the circular cylinder, heated by mica heater, and then the melted material will continue to be conveyed to the die head.
06 Pneumatic cutting, automatically
Material begins to cool down, and the square object is extruded from the die. According to the required length, it will be automatically cut off by the cutting machine and finished.
For the environment:1.EPS is uniquely recyclable - all manufacturing waste can be fully reprocessed as can the products at end-of-life.2.EPS is comprised of 98% air and therefore only 2% polystyrene making it a highly efficient use of raw material.3.Although EPS is derived from a non-renewable resouce - oil, it represents less than 0.1% of crude oil usage.4.As EPS is highly energy efficient - the energy saved over the lifetime of an insulation panel.
