Structural features

The base is made of structural parts, and the other main parts are made of high-strength cast iron and resin sand.

The column is fixed on the cross carriage, and the cross carriage moves in X direction along the longitudinal direction: the carriage moves in Y direction along the front and back; The spindle box moves up and down in Z direction.

X\Y\Z three-axis guide pairs all adopt linear rolling guide

X/Y/Z axis is driven by the AC servo motor to rotate the ball screw for working movement

The spindle structure has good rigidity and high precision. The connection between the spindle and the tool adopts mechanical quick change powerful chuck, which is convenient for tool replacement.

Cooling and chip removal: the machine tool is wet processing and adopts automatic chip removal device.

For the pneumatic valve configured for the machine tool, the clamp uses multiple force to increase the cylinder, and clamps, loosens and reverses through the air valve system. The machine tool is equipped with a programmable automatic centralized lubrication device.
