Energy Recovery Ventilator / Heat Recovery Ventilator
General Features:
◆ Equipped with high efficiency air to air heat exchangers:
Can recover the energy from the exhaust air then transfer to fresh air, to save the power consumption of air conditioning systems.
◆ Different air filters are for option:
(1)Primary filter - G4 plated filter: non-woven fiber material, mainly used to filter dust particles above 5μm in outdoor fresh air
(2)Activated carbon filter: can be used to remove odor in the air, formaldehyde, ammonia, benzene, xylene, radon and other pollutants, so also known as deodorization filter
(3)Medium filter - F8 bag filter: can fully filter PMIO, fine dust, etc., and can effectively pre-filter the PM2.5
(4)HEPA filter: can filter the suspended particles ≦0.5μm, the purification rate of PM2.5 is up to 95%
◆ Electrostatic precipitator can be selected
The electrostatic precipitator uses the high voltage electric field to ionize the flue gas, and the dust in the air stream is charged and separated from the air stream under the action of the electric field. The metal dust collecting plate (plate) and corona pole (pole line) are used to generate corona and trap dust. High dust removal efficiency, suitable for removing 0.01-50um dust in the flue gas, and can be used in the case of high temperature and high pressure.
◆ AC motor , EC fan and BLDC motor are for option
◆ Auxiliary electric heater is for option
◆ Different air sensors are available for choice, for example, CO2 sensor
◆ Bypass function is optional: motorized bypass damper

◎ Equipped with chilled water cooling coil: 4/6/8/10 rows
◎ Enthalpy heat exchanger and sensible heat exchanger
are optional, the heat exchange efficiency up to 60%
◎ Standard EC fan, AC fan is for option
◎ Left and right accessor door are available for option
◎ HEPA filter, Bypass damper, electric heater, air quality sensor and electrostatic precipitator are optional
