1.The cap mould is designed with 3D computer drawing and therefore the product yield rate is enhanced.
2.The cap mould is made of high grade steels from Japan and imported P20 and 2316 steel etc.
3.The cap mould is designed with advanced second-level taper positioning technology and slide type independent self-locking, hence the concentration of the product is guaranteed.
4.Cap mould adopts advanced and reasonable design, each cavity having independent temperature control &heating system, which boasts an even heating temperature and keeps product with reliable and stable quality.
5.Cap mould has independent condensation system in each mould cavity and mould core. Mould cavity is replaceable, so that the label on top of cap can be changed.

Q1: What's your MOQ?
A1: Normally our MOQ is 5000pcs, but sometimes maybe we have other order on hand, it will be a little small. For some common products, we have stocked. So MOQ can be negotiated.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A2: T/T 40% as deposit, and 60% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3: Do you accept customized?
A3: Yes, we have different customer make their own OEM products, so we also can make products as per your requirement.
Q4. Can you produce according to the samples?
A4: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q5: How long can I expect to receive my goods after I place order?
A5: Our production time are always 20~25 days after pre-production sample confirmation.
