CW-GB-Air-Driven Gas Boosters
1. The CW-GB series gas booster pump is made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel. It can use 17-4PH, 15-5PH, 440C, nickel-based alloy, Hastelloy and other materials to meet special media. All seals are all imported products with a maximum drive pressure of 8.3 Bar.
2. CW-GB series gas booster pump products are mainly used in various occasions where the pressure of the gas source is high, the output pressure is required, and the flow rate is not required.
3. Some models can be used to pressurize special gases or to evacuate.
4. The drive piston diameter of this series is 160mm, the booster pump drive gas inlet is G1/2", the drive air pressure is ≤8.3Bar. CW-GB25, CW-GB40, CW-GB60, CW-GB100 high pressure pump pump heads have exhaust cooling function.

Air Driven Gas Booster Pump Features:
1. Safety Operation: Use air driving, no electric arc and spark, suitable for the place with flammable and explosive gas;
2. Convenient to Use: Without any power supply, use the compressed air as the power source to pressurize the gas to
make the outlet pressure reach N times pressure of the inlet pressure.
3. Energy Saving: When the outlet pressure reaches the preset pressure value, the air booster valve will automatically
stop working. When the outlet pressure is lower than the preset pressure value, it will automatically add the pressure
and keep the pressure constant. No extra energy will be consumed when holding the pressure;
4. Easy Adjustment: Output pressure can be adjust by the driving pressure, pressure is infinitely adjustable;
5. Booster pump service life is long, natural cooling, without cooling system.
6. Widely Application: Working medium can be air, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, methane, natural gas and other special gases;
7. Simple Maintenance: It has small volume, light weight, simple operation and maintenance, easy maintenance, etc.
