Anti-yellowing aging test chamber can do two kinds of testing:aging and anti-yellowing.
Aging:the machine can promote the increase of sulfurrubber deterioration,to calculate the change rate of tensile andelongation before and after heat.It is generally thought that testfor one day at 70℃,in theory as exposed to the atmosphere for 6months.
Anti-yellowing:this machine stimulates the atmosphereenvironment,driven by the sun ultraviolet radiation.Itsgenerally thought that the appearance change at 50℃ for 9hours,in theory as exposed to atmosphere for 6 months.
FEATURES
1) To simulate outdoor weathering, the UV aging testersexposes materials to alternating cycles of UV light and moisture at controlled, elevated temperatures. It simulates the effects of sunlight using special fluorescent UV lamps. It simulates dew and rain with condensing humidity and/or water spray.
2) The UV accelerated weathering tester is the simplest, most reliable, and easiest to use weathering tester available. With thousands of testers in use worldwide, it is the world's most widely used weathering tester.

It can control conditions like temperature and humidity to accelerate the aging process. For plastic products, prolonged exposure to UV can lead to surface discoloration (such as yellowing), brittleness, or reduced strength.
Xenon Arc Test Chamber: Xenon lamps provide a closer simulation of the full spectrum of sunlight, including visible light, infrared, and UV. Similar to UV chambers, it allows for the adjustment of internal environmental conditions, such as temperature, humidity, and water spray cycles, to test durability under varying climatic conditions.
Carbon Arc Test Chamber: Although less common than xenon or UV aging chambers, carbon arc testing is specified by some standards. The light spectrum produced by carbon arcs resembles daylight and can be used to evaluate photostability of materials.
Thermal Shock Test Chamber: Used to test the performance of materials under rapid temperature changes. While it primarily focuses on the impact of temperature on physical properties, it can also indirectly affect color stability.
Salt Spray Test Chamber: Mainly intended for assessing the corrosion protection of metal coatings, but for certain plastic components, especially those likely to come into contact with corrosive substances, it can also evaluate their corrosion resistance and color retention.
The selection of the appropriate type of test chamber depends on specific material characteristics, anticipated application environments, and relevant international or industry standards. For instance, ISO 4892 series standards cover different methods for climate aging tests on plastics and other polymers. When conducting assessments of yellowing and aging resistance, the most suitable testing equipment and conditions should be chosen based on the actual use conditions of the product and related standards.
