Product Description The Ultra Shot 60 Series Cryogenic Deflashing/Deburring Machine is equipped with a spacious 60L basket and durable φ250 aluminum alloy shot blasting wheels. With an astonishing maximum projectile velocity of 109m/s, this model is specially designed to meet the needs of ultra-high precision products. It excels at handling multiple products, even small quantities per batch, while accommodating variable processing parameters. This unparalleled flexibility ensures that each product is precisely processed to meet the highest quality standards. The Ultra Shot® 60 Series Cryogenic deflashing/deburring machine is an exceptional deflashing & deburring solution for products made of rubber, silicone, peek, plastic, die-casting & injection moulded, magnesium, zinc, aluminium alloy.
Efficiency
Taking the deburring & deflashing of rubber O-rings as example, one set of Ultra Shot 60 series cryogenic deflashing/deburring machine is able to process 60kg of products per hour, and about 1.5kg per hour can be processed manually.
