Introduction of Independent hydraulic external pipe line-up clamp
It is mostly applicable for 28〞(711mm) and above pipe jointing operation. Features: large tightening force, equipped with 3-8 sets of sectional unfitness adjustment mechanisms, only workable for one single size pipe, high efficiency (no needs to do adjustment), matching accuracy:unfitness of butt joint≤1.5mm.
MAIN FEATURES OF DEPING EXTERNAL LINE UP CLAMP:
All force components, been high duty annealing, hardness reaches HRC50.
3.All components of an external clamp have been nondestructive tested, to guarantee no crack and indiscernible damage inside.
4.The outer ring of external clamps had been overall lathe processed, which guarantee high precision to ensure clamping quantity. tube bending process is applicable for 610 and up dia. External clamp, light weight
5.Corrector plate will be equipped for large ovality pipes use.
6.Porduct quanlty is guranteed, have been exported to European.
