USE
This machine is suitable for riveting for snap eyelet in clothing, footwear, industrial products, leather goods, stationery and other industries. Punching and riveting are completed at one time.
CHARCTERS
1. It's easy to maintain and operate for users to adopt touch screen and PLC control to detect fault and display automatically.
2. Punching, shifting, feeding and riveting can be completed automatically at one time.
3. Upper and down eyelet hopper adopts plug-in type, without vibration and noise; buckle feeding is smooth and buckle surface is not easy to be worn.
4. It is more stably to feed eyelets with blowing function for upper and down eyelet.
5. Infrared positioning is used to make the riveting position more accurate.
6. Singles mode and continuous mode are available:
a. Single mode: step on pedal for one time, rivet one buckle.
b. Continuous hitting mode: the speed is adjustable, which greatly improves the production efficiency and it is suitable for skilled operators.
c. Punching mode: designed for punching.
7. The riveted button is neat, firm, beautiful and not deformed.
