PRODUCT STRUCTURE
The NCS molecular membrane (membrane cover) creates an ideal 'climate chamber' for composting, far more cost-effective, simpler, and flexible than traditional closed designs. From the outside, it shields the material pile from weather and rain. Inside, it fosters an optimal climate for microorganisms to swiftly convert waste into premium compost. The computer-optimized oxygen supply, using fans and ventilation channels, accelerates the composting process to mere weeks.
NCS molecular membrane Employing this system provides a robust cover over the compost heap, featuring a three-ply membrane with two high-grade UV-resistant fabrics and a water-tight yet breathable semipermeable layer.
This membrane effectively shields the decomposition body against adverse weather and rain while containing odours, dust, germs, and bacteria. It remains permeable to air and moisture, balancing external protection with internal aeration.
Thanks to the unique properties of the NCS molecular membrane, it efficiently controls odours and emissions, eliminating the need for a costly biofilter system.
