The soil loosening and ridge-raising device is mainly composed of a shovel wing, a shovel body, a shovel tip and a shovel handle, which is mainly used to loosen the soil and lay soil to the ridges on both sides. The depth of the tip can be adjusted by adjusting the height of the handle, and the Angle of the shovel can be adjusted by changing the position of the small bolt below. The width, height and amount of soil can be adjusted by adjusting the Angle of shovel wing. The tip of the shovel is heat-treated and has high strength, hardness and wear resistance. The rigid connection as shown in the diagram enables the relatively hard soil to achieve a good soil loosening effect. The ridge shaper is composed of a forming frame body, an arc bending plate, a movable cover plate and a guarded blade. The arc-shaped lower bending plate mainly makes the cultivated soil into an arc-shaped trapezoidal shape. Such ridges are more full than the soil, which is more conducive to the growth of potatoes. The width of ridges can be adjusted by adjusting the opening size of the bending plate under the arc. The ridge height is adjusted by adjusting the tie rod. After heat treatment, the guard blade has high strength, hardness and wear resistance, and can protect the curved plate from being worn. When the potatoes emerge, to prevent damage to the seedlings, the movable cover can be removed. A compression spring connecting rod is composed of a connecting frame, a compression spring, a connecting rod and a retaining sleeve. When working, the compression spring plays the role of downward pressure on the shaper, so that its forming is more complete.
