YZCL series teaming and stir-frying cauldron is the processing equipment, with which the uncooked flaking billet is made to cooked billet by cooking after making humid. In order to meet the requirement the next pressing or leaching, the equipment could be used as softening cauldron. Oil seed leaching could improve the quality of flaking, and then improve the yield of oil, as well the quality of squeezed oil. It is the necessary equipment in vegetable oil seed pre-processing for the vegetable oil plant the diameter series: 1200,1500,1800,2100,2500,2800,3000mm.

Main use:
The YZCL series vertical steaming and frying pan is the main equipment for oil pretreatment in vegetable oil factories. It can be used as a softening equipment for oil materials. By heating and adding water, the oil materials can be softened to ensure the quality of the next rolling process, avoiding sticking to the rollers or rolling the oil materials into powder during the rolling process. The rolled embryo also needs to be steamed and fried through this equipment to adjust the temperature and moisture of the embryo and meet the requirements of the oil extraction process. By steaming and frying in a frying pan, the yield of oil can be increased and the quality of crude oil can be improved.

Installation Instructions
This equipment is installed on a solidified concrete foundation, and the foundation is designed and constructed according to the foundation drawing, equipment weight, and local soil conditions. The motor and gearbox are connected by elastic pin couplings. After installation, it should be ensured that the two axes of the motor and gearbox are coaxial, with a permissible radial displacement of ≤ 0.25mm and an axial displacement of ≤ 0.5-3mm. Check whether the scraper bolts are tightened, whether all bolts of the automatic material door are tightened, and whether there is any looseness. Sufficient space should be left around the equipment to ensure that during maintenance activities, the installation of steam pipelines in the activity area should avoid interference with operation and maintenance, which may cause inconvenience. The inlet pipe can be directly installed on the 0.6MPa steam main pipeline. Condensed water pipes should be equipped with suitable traps.
