Product Description

Function: The machine is used for processing column base&cup,cutting and polishing arc slab& solid column. Also can trim up-down edge of arc slab. Brief introduction: 1,this machine is controlled by PLC system. AC contactor and breaker adopt Schneider brand. Inverter adopt Toshiba brand.
2,Cutter head moves left and right by screw rod transmission,is controlled by inverter
3,Cutter head goes up and down by screw rod transmission,is controlled by inverter
4,Platform of rotation is driven by variable frequency motor with belt transmission. Revolving speed can be adjusted by inverter according to the hardness of the stone.
5,This machine takes advantage of Optical Fiber Amplifier to receive the signal copying the shape of template you want to process.
