As the temperature plummets, rubber and plastic parts become hardened, brittle, and crystallized, losing their flexibility. At this brittle stage, they break easily under external force. Since the flash on molded products is thinner than the actual product, it becomes brittle quicker in low temperatures. The cryogenic deflashing machine capitalizes on this principle, operating precisely when the flash is brittle while the product retains its flexibility. High-speed, specially-designed plastic media efficiently strike and remove the brittle flash, ensuring no damage to the product.

Through advanced cryogenic processing, flashes are initially frozen and subsequently removed by high-speed projection media (Polycarbonate blast), significantly improving the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic parts.
