Prettech started stainless steel wine tanks design and fabrication since 1971, in our company you can get any kind of tanks you want,including wine fermenter,wine storage, protable tank,blending tanks.


Fabrication
Prettech tanks are made of SS304 grade stainless steel. It offers the best properties for sanitary, food and beverage processing. For highly-corrosive environments, such as salty or acidic areas, tanks can be manufactured out of the higher-grade SS316L stainless steel. All stainless materials are purchased from first quality steel mills, their qualified MTC is supplied and Pretank would inspect again before put in our warehouse.
TIG welding are adopted to make stainless steel tanks. All welding and polishing workers are qualified and rookie trained well before they start to work in our company.
Morden processing machine such as laser cutting machine, laser automatic welding machine, laser tube cutting machine, precision CNC sawing machine, automatic pipe bending machine,robot welding machine, plasma cutting machine, precision leveling machine and other high-end equipment are used in our company to ensure the quality of products, as well as improving the working efficiency to achieve the short lead time.

Yes we can, the wetted-parts are produced by S.S.316L to guarantee the corrosion resistance, the non-wetted parts are produced by S.S.304 to reduce cost.
