A1: We are a mould manufacturer, we have our own mould factory located in Huangyan, Taizhou. We are making plastic injection moulds, also with mould mass production service.
Q2. I have no 3D drawing, how should I start the new project?
A2: We very welcome you give us the samples, we will help you finish the 3D drawing design.
Q3: I have an idea for a new product, but don't know if it can be manufactured. Can you help?
A3: Yes! We are always happy to work with customers to evaluate the technical feasibility of your idea or design and we can advise on materials, tooling and likely set-up costs.
Q4: How to make sure the quality before the shipment?
A4: will send the mould tooling schedule, mould pictures and processing report to buyer each 10 days. After mould finished we will do the testing to make sure the mould is work well, we will send all testing picture and video to customer.
Q5: How to send sample?
A5:The quotation we offer to you including the cost of sample delivery 1-2 times. We send sample by DHL, UPS, EMS ,FEDEX or TNT.
Q6: How long can I get the feedback after we send the inquiry?
A6: We will reply you within 24 hours. Q7: How long is your delivery time?
A7: Generally about 40-60 working days, we will fast as soon as possible under the premise of good quality mould.
Q8: Can you do customized products?

A9:Our designers and engineers use AUTO CAD and UG software to check 2D and 3D drawings. We can check the drawings with PDF, AI, DWG (CAD) and STP (3D) or IGS (3D) formats.
Q10: Will you send me the free sample?
A10:Yes, We will send you sample after testing normally. the sample is free for 1 time. If there is more times for modifying. You need to pay for the extra shipping.
