Jinan yulang industrial co.,ltd . produces and supplies borosilicate glass tube, rod and its related glassblowing articles, labglassware for labratory and glass ceramic, borosilicate glass sheets, borosilicate moulded glassware, pharmaceutical glass packaging, lamp lighting glass shell and daily consumer glassware.
Division for borosilicate glass tube, rod and its related glassblowing articles
We started to manufacture borosilicate 3.3 colored and clear glass tubing, rod (Vello & Danner) and its related glassblowing articles since 2014 through importing Germany equipment & technology. Now we have annual capability to draw glass tube over 150, 000 metric tons, which makes us the leading Chinese manufacture in this field. Thanks to our continous process improvements, we have been drawing glass tube with highly precise dimensions in China.
We also redraw (secondary processing on tubing) high precision bore glass & quartz tube for optoelectronic, fibre optics telecommunication, medical and other special applications.
Besides, we make scientific laboratory glassware, heat resistant glass tea & coffee sets, glass water pipes, glass baby feeding bottles, lamp glass shell and others glassblowing products.
Division for borosilicate moulded glassware
Due to our expertise in electrically melted glass furnaces control technology, we set up a new factory in the year 2014 to make heat resistant baking dishes, Casseroles, food storage glass jars and others that are oven, microwave, freezer (refrigerator), dishwasher free.
Now we have annual capability around 5, 000 metric tons.
Division for pharmaceutical glass packaging
From the year 2014 we enter into pharmaceutical glass packaging industry, produce neutral borosilicate pharmaceutical glass tube USP TYPE I, tubular glass vial & ampoule, glass cartridge, glass prefillable syringes.
Division for lamp lighting glass
In the year 2014 we set up factory for making lamp lighting glass including soda lime glass tube, lead glass tube, lead free glass tube, lamp & lantern glass cover/shade/shell/globe/chimney
Division for daily consumer glassware
In the year 2014 we expanded our production to make glass cosmetic containers, glass kitchenware and Tableware.
Particularly, we′ve successfully developed flat borosilicate 3.3 floated glass sheet and glass ceramic which enjoys a good reputation in the United States and Europe.
We produce and offer borosilicate vacuum tube for solar water hearter and have quickly delivery stock system.
We produce and offer glass pipe for smocking usage and export to USA more than 10 years.
